Every bathroom is designed in CAD around how you actually live, then installed by full-time Watertight fitters. From the smallest cloakroom to the most ambitious wet room — the same obsessive attention to detail.
About Watertight
Founded in 2018 by Paul Tarbard, Watertight was built around a simple idea: take everything you dread about a bathroom project — and remove it. One team, one point of contact, one beautifully finished bathroom.
Every fitter is hand-picked by Paul, employed full-time, and known by name to every client. No subcontracted strangers in your home. Just craftsmen who care.

Meet the Team
Every member of the Watertight team is hand-picked by Paul through a rigorous recruitment process. Full-time employees — known by name to every client.
Owner / Director
20+ years in luxury bathroom design. Founded Watertight in 2018 to redefine the bathroom experience.
Lead Designer
Tim leads design from first consultation through to CAD presentation — the calm voice clients trust.
Lead Fitter
20 years' experience and a third-generation fitter — Ashley's grandad was a bathroom fitter too.
Fitter
15+ years' fitting experience. With Watertight since 2020. Once fitted a tap for the artist Seal.
Fitter
25+ years on the tools. Joined the Watertight team in 2021 and a qualified football coach in his spare time.
Fitter
12+ years' experience. Joined in 2022 and specialises in mobility bathrooms across our council contracts.
Fitter
3 years with Watertight. Specialises in working with elderly and vulnerable clients — patience and care in equal measure.
Apprentice
Splitting his time between college and projects, learning from a team with 150+ years between them.
